Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Arrow Jam Go ("the App") is an arrow puzzle game developed and published by TidalAurum, LLC ("TidalAurum", "we", "us"). The App is distributed on Google Play as "Arrow Jam Go! Tap Escape" by the developer "shuo lin" under the package name com.DefaultCompany.CyberArrow, and on the Apple App Store as "Arrow Jam Go! Tap Escape" by TidalAurum, LLC under the bundle ID cyberarrowjam.linshuo.com. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.
Summary
- We do not collect personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not run our own servers.
- Your level progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device identifiers, your IP address and approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics.
- Where privacy laws require it (the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and US states with consumer privacy laws), the App asks for your choice with Google's consent form before ads are loaded.
- On iOS, the App asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow it.
- An optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment details. The purchase system (Unity In-App Purchasing) may send limited technical information to Unity Technologies.
- The App does not use any analytics or crash-reporting service, and it does not send notifications.
- The App is not directed at children under 13.
Information stored on your device
The App saves your level progress, game settings, whether you have bought Remove Ads and whether you have seen the rating prompt only on your device. Your advertising consent choice is also stored on your device by Google's consent SDK. The App has no accounts, no cloud save and no online backend, so we never receive or keep copies of this information. It is removed when you delete the App.
Advertising by Google AdMob
The App shows two kinds of ads, both served by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK: full-screen ads between levels and optional rewarded video ads. No other ad network is used. To serve, measure and protect ads, the SDK may collect the following data and share it with Google:
- Device or other IDs, such as the advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking.
- IP address and approximate location, derived from your IP address.
- Ad interactions, such as ad views and ad taps.
- Device and diagnostic information, such as device model, operating system version, and ad-related crash logs and performance data.
This data is used for advertising, including personalized advertising where you allow it, for ad measurement, and for fraud prevention, security and compliance. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Consent where privacy laws require it
When you open the App, it first checks with Google's User Messaging Platform whether a consent form is required where you are. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (under the GDPR and similar laws), and in US states with consumer privacy laws, the App shows Google's consent form before any ads are loaded. Your choice decides whether Google AdMob may use your data for personalized ads. If you do not give consent, or if you opt out, Google may still serve non-personalized ads, which rely on limited data such as general location and the content of the App. To change your choice later, contact us; deleting and reinstalling the App will also show the form again.
App Tracking Transparency on iOS
On iOS, after the consent form (where it applies) and before ads are loaded, the App asks for your permission once through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads and to measure ad performance across apps and websites owned by other companies.
- If you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not available to the App or to Google. You will see non-personalized or contextual ads, and ad performance is measured with Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork.
You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Advertising ID on Android
On Android, the App uses the advertising ID (it declares the AD_ID permission) so that Google AdMob can serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings, as described under "Your choices" below.
Optional purchase: Remove Ads
The App offers one optional one-time purchase, Remove Ads (product ID arrowremoveads). Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies, and you can restore the purchase with Restore Purchases. We never receive your name, email address, payment card or billing details; the App only stores a flag on your device that ads have been removed.
The purchase system is built with Unity In-App Purchasing. Its core library (Unity Gaming Services) may send limited technical information, such as an installation identifier, device type and app version, to Unity Technologies to operate the purchase service. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
Ratings
The App may ask you to rate it, using Google Play's In-App Review on Android or Apple's rating prompt on iOS. Your rating and review are handled by Google or Apple; we do not receive any personal information from them.
Contact Us and Invite Friends
"Contact Us" opens your own email app with a message to us, and "Invite Friends" opens your device's share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
Analytics and notifications
The App does not include any analytics or crash-reporting service; Unity Analytics, Crash Reporting and Performance Reporting are turned off. The App does not send notifications.
Your choices
You can limit ad personalization for all apps in your device settings, and reset or delete the advertising identifier:
- Android: open Settings > Google > Ads (on some devices Settings > Privacy > Ads), then choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
- iOS: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, then turn off tracking for this App, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
You can contact us at any time with a privacy question or request.
Data security
All data sent by the App, including data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Unity and the store purchase services, is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS).
Data retention and deletion
We do not store any of your data on our servers, so there is no data held by us to delete. To remove your game data, delete the App from your device. Data collected by Google is kept under Google's own retention policies.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data for money. Information is shared only with Google (AdMob and Google Play), Apple and Unity Technologies as described in this policy. Where you allow tracking or consent to personalized ads, Google may use advertising data for personalized advertising; under some US state laws this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out through the consent form, by not allowing tracking on iOS, or by deleting your advertising ID on Android.
International users
Data collected by Google may be processed on servers in the United States and other countries where Google operates.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data can also be made to Google directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
October 2026: this policy moved to tidalaurum.com from its earlier Google Sites address. With the October 2026 update, the App shows Google's consent form where privacy laws require it, and on iOS asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Earlier iOS versions did not show the tracking prompt.
