Arrow Curve ("the App") is a curved-arrow puzzle game developed and published by TidalAurum, LLC ("TidalAurum", "we", "us"). The App is distributed on Google Play as "Arrow Curve: Out Flow Puzzle" under the package name com.DefaultCompany.arrowcurve, and on the Apple App Store as "Arrow Curve: Maze Flow Out Go" under the bundle ID arrowcurve.nathanlin.com. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.
Summary
- We do not collect personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not run our own servers.
- Your progress, records and settings are stored only on your device.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device identifiers, approximate location (from your IP address), ad interactions and diagnostics.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent with Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings > Privacy.
- On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- An optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment details.
- The App does not use any analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service, and it does not send notifications.
- The App is not directed at children under 13.
Information stored on your device
The App saves the following only on your device: your level progress, hearts, hint and eraser counts, whether you have bought Remove Ads, your color theme, sound and vibration settings, whether you have seen the tutorial and the rating prompt, daily challenge completion dates, and your medals, records and collected pictures. Your advertising consent choice is also stored on your device by Google's consent SDK, under the standard keys that begin with IABTCF_. The App has no accounts, no cloud save and no online backend, so we never receive or keep copies of this information. It is removed when you delete the App.
Advertising by Google AdMob
The App shows two kinds of ads, both served by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK: optional rewarded video ads (for example, to get more hints or erasers, to continue after a loss, or to skip a level) and full-screen ads between levels. No other ad network is used. To serve, measure and protect ads, the SDK may collect the following data and share it with Google:
- Device or other IDs, such as the advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking.
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address.
- App interactions, such as ad views and ad taps.
- Diagnostics, such as ad-related crash logs and performance data.
This data is used for advertising and ad measurement, and for fraud prevention, security and compliance. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) the first time you open it, as required by the GDPR and similar laws. Your choice decides whether Google AdMob may serve personalized ads. If you do not give consent, Google may still serve non-personalized ads, which rely on limited data such as general location and the content of the App. Users in other regions do not see this form.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: open Settings from the home screen and tap Privacy, which opens Google's privacy options form. Outside these regions, the same Privacy button opens this privacy policy.
App Tracking Transparency on iOS
On iOS, the App asks for your permission once through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, after the consent form (where it applies) and before ads are loaded. The prompt explains: "This identifier will be used to deliver ads that are more relevant to you." If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads and to measure ad performance. If you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not available to the App or to Google, and you will see non-personalized or contextual ads. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Optional purchase: Remove Ads
The App offers one optional one-time purchase that removes the full-screen ads between levels (product ID arrowcurveremoveads). Rewarded ads stay available if you choose to watch them. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies, and you can restore the purchase with the Restore Purchases button. We never receive your name, email address, payment card or billing details.
The purchase system is built with Unity In-App Purchasing. Its core library (Unity Gaming Services) may send limited technical information, such as an installation identifier, device type and app version, to Unity Technologies to operate the purchase service. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
Ratings
After you finish level 5, the App may ask you to rate it once, using Google Play's In-App Review on Android or Apple's rating prompt on iOS. Your rating and review are handled by Google or Apple; we do not receive any personal information from them.
Analytics and notifications
The App does not include any analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service; Unity Analytics, Crash Reporting and Performance Reporting are turned off. The App does not send notifications.
Your choices
You can limit ad personalization for all apps in your device settings, and reset or delete the advertising identifier:
- Android: open Settings > Google > Ads (on some devices Settings > Privacy > Ads), then choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
- iOS: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, then turn off tracking for this App, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you can also change your consent in the App under Settings > Privacy. You can contact us at any time with a privacy question or request.
Data security
All data sent by the App, including data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the store purchase services, is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS).
Data retention and deletion
We do not store any of your data on our servers, so there is no data held by us to delete. To remove your game data, delete the App from your device. For any privacy question or request, contact us at nathanlinshuo@gmail.com.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data for money. Information is shared only with Google (AdMob and Google Play), Apple and Unity Technologies as described in this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data can also be made to Google directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
October 2026: the App added Google's consent form for the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a Privacy entry in Settings, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
