3D Arrow Jam Go ("the App") is a 3D arrow puzzle game developed and published by TidalAurum, LLC ("TidalAurum", "we", "us"). The App is distributed on Google Play under the package name arrowjamgo3d.nathanlinshuo.com and on the Apple App Store under the bundle ID 3darrowjamgo.nathanlinshuo.com. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.

Summary

Information we collect

We do not collect personal data. The App has no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not operate servers that receive data from the App. Your game progress, levels and settings are stored only on your device, and they are removed when you delete the App.

Advertising by Google AdMob

The App shows ads served by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To serve, measure and protect ads, the SDK may collect the following data and share it with Google:

• Device or other IDs, such as the advertising ID on Android or the IDFA on iOS.
• App interactions, such as ad views and ad taps.
• Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data.

This data is used for advertising or marketing, and for fraud prevention, security and compliance. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served, as required by the GDPR and similar laws. If you do not give consent, Google may still serve non-personalized ads, which rely on limited data such as general location and the content of the App. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings > Privacy Settings, or by contacting us.

Optional purchase: Remove Ads

The App offers an optional one-time purchase that removes ads (product ID arrow3dremoveads). Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. The store confirms the purchase to the App on your device so that ads can be turned off. We do not operate servers that receive purchase data, and we never receive your name, payment card or billing details.

App Tracking Transparency on iOS

On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The IDFA is used only if you allow tracking. If you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not available to the App or to Google, and the ads you see may be less relevant. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Data security

All data sent by the App, including data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS).

Data retention and deletion

We do not store any of your data on our servers, so there is no data held by us to delete. To remove your game data, delete the App from your device. To reset or limit the advertising identifier:

• Android: open Settings > Google > Ads (on some devices Settings > Privacy > Ads), then choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
• iOS: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, then turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track, or turn off tracking for this App only.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data can also be made to Google directly. We do not sell personal data.
